At SANO LABS, we stand behind every pair of SANO INSOLES™. If you're not feeling the difference on the court within 30 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.


How It Works

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The insoles must not be excessively damaged beyond normal use
  • You must provide your order number

How To Request a Return

Email us at sanolabs.help@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" and include your order number. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with shipping instructions.

Once we receive the returned insoles, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Ordered the wrong size? Email us and we'll get you sorted.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrived damaged or never showed up, contact us and we will replace it for immediately — no return necessary.
