SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Out of Stock Sizes
If the size you ordered is out of stock, we will immediately place a restock order and ship your pair as soon as inventory arrives. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order ships. If you prefer not to wait, we are happy to issue you a full refund — just let us know.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package directly on the USPS website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at sanolabs.help@gmail.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
